At MAY London, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. UK Standard delivery (2-5 working days) using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (unless otherwise stated)
5-10 working days for Northern Ireland, North of Scotland, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and all other off-shore destinations using Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Europe Standard Delivery (7-10 working days) £20 using Royal Mail International Signed for service. (Currently Suspended)
Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not classified as working days.
ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. Orders placed after 2pm will not be shipped until the next working day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS - WEB ORDERS:
All items (excluding face masks, earrings, swimwear, underwear, hats or cosmetics) including sale items, can be returned in an unused, unworn state with any and all labels still attached for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Shipping costs are excluded.
To return goods please contact us by email or phone to alert us to your return. Take your parcel to your nearest post office and we recommend acquiring a proof of postage and/or recorded delivery as goods returned to MAY London are done so at your own expense and risk.

You will be notified via your email once returned goods have been received by us and your refund has been processed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS - IN STORE PURCHASES:
MAY London will happily exchange or provide a credit note for any item(s) within 14 days of your original purchase, provided that they are in perfect condition and with any and/or all labels still attached. This means the item cannot have been worn, washed or altered in any way. All items must be returned with your proof of purchase; store receipt or bank/credit card statement proving the purchase from MAY London.
If an in-store purchase is simply deemed unwanted MAY London is not obliged to offer a refund and in this case a credit note or exchange, to be used solely by the purchaser, in store, will be offered.
Refunds will only be provided on any items found to be faulty.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or give refunds for face masks, earrings, swimwear, underwear, hats or cosmetics.
SALE ITEM RETURNS
Items purchased in-store during sale periods are final and cannot be returned.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. For further information, please see the sales of goods act website.

What information do we collect?
When you order we need to know your name, shipping address, e-mail address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process the order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
How do we protect your information?
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards. Payment is only debited once orders are ready to be dispatched. At which point we will email you to inform you that your order is on it way. All transactions are made in pounds sterling (GBP).
All transaction details are encrypted to a secure server host. In the event of payment refusal we will contact you via phone or email. Please note we do not accept payment via bank transfer.
